How to Obtain a NOL Card

Getting your own NOL card in Dubai is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to apply for and receive your NOL card:

1. Gather Required Documents

   To apply for a NOL card, you will need:

   • A valid Emirates ID
   • A passport-sized pphotographograph
   • Cash for the card fee
2. Visit a NOL Card Registration Office

   NOL card registration offices can be found at most metro stations, bus stations, and RTA customer service centers across Dubai. Find your nearest location on the RTA website.

3. Fill Out the Application Form

   At the registration office, request a NOL card application form. Fill out the form with your personal details and attach your passport-sized pphotoograph.

4. Submit Your Application and Pay the Fee

   Submit your completed application form along with your Emirates ID to the customer service representative. Pay the NOL card fee, which is currently AED 25.

5. Receive Your NOL Card

   Once your application is processed, you will receive your new NOL card on the spot. The card will be pre-loaded with the amount you paid, minus the card fee.
